The common areas are located on the ground floor. The wardrobe can accommodate at least 50 winter coats. The restaurant is equipped with tables chairs and benches for 45 people. The kitchen has two refrigerators with freezer, two hotplates and 2 built-in ovens. The rinsing kitchen is equipped with 1 dishwasher and 1 high-speed dishwasher with a washing area.
