The house consists of 3 floors. 

First floor: communal area

1st floor: 1st sleeping floor

2nd floor: 2nd sleeping floor

There are 12 private parking spaces available on the property.

Ground Floor

You enter the first floor in the hallway. Here is the staircase to the basement and to the first and second floors.

Checkroom: The checkroom has space for at least 50 winter coats. There is also space for shoes, baby carriages etc.

Hall: The hall is equipped with tables, chairs and benches for 45 people and a pool table.

Kitchen: The kitchen has two refrigerators with freezer compartment, two hotplates and 2 built-in ovens.

Scullery: The scullery is equipped with 1 dishwasher and 1 quick-wash dishwasher with washing area.

Games rooms: The games rooms are also located on the first floor (darts, soccer etc.).
